How can I access my accounts online?

There are several options for gaining access to your accounts through our online banking portal. You may call or visit one of our branches where a Customer Service Representative can assist you. Or you may use our online enrollment form, and a Customer Service Representative will contact you regarding your enrollment.

How do I use Online Banking?

After you enter the Online Banking ID and the PIN number provided to you, you will be prompted to change your password. Please take this time to also set up your security questions, enter an email address and password reset question and answer so you are able to reset your password yourself.

What happens if I forget my Online Banking PIN?

You are able to reset your PIN yourself. By entering an e-mail address, and a password reset question and answer when you first log on, or by clicking on the “Options” tab and completing the “Modify Personal Settings” area. If you lock yourself out of your Online Banking, click “Reset Password” and follow the instructions.

What happens if I don’t log off the system?

Online Banking has a 10 minute time-out feature. If you are logged into Online Banking without using any functions, the system will automatically log you out, and you will have to log in again to resume your banking.

How do I add or delete accounts to my existing Online Banking account?

Contact us by using the “Contact” feature at the top right of the screen when you are logged in to Online Banking or by visiting or calling one of our branches. You must be an authorized signor on any account(s) you wish to add to your Online Banking.

Can I see my statements online?

You may enroll to access statements online by clicking on the “eStatement” tab when logged into your Online Banking. The statement file will begin to build from the date you sign up for eStatements, and you may not be able to view past statements. There is a fee to receive paper statements. Please refer to our fee schedule for charges.

Does Clarkston State Bank offer a Bill Payment service with Online Banking?

If you would like to enable the use of our Bill Payment service, please contact us by using the “Contact” feature at the top right of the screen when you are logged in to Online Banking or by visiting or calling one of our branches. You must be an authorized signor on a checking account to utilize this service. Please note, there is a fee for the Bill Payment service. Please refer to our fee schedule for charges.

Can I use Netteller Online Banking with Quickbooks?

You may download up to 90 days of transactions to Quicken, QuickBooks, Excel spreadsheets, as well as several other formats. When you are logged in to your Online Banking and when viewing all accounts, you may select “Download” from the drop down menu to the right. You will then select the date range and format you wish to utilize, and then initiate the download for use in your reconciling.
